Article 15 enjoins the state not to discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion , caste , race , sex , place of birth or any of them . अनुच्छेद 15 राज्य को आदेश देता है कि वह किसी भी नागरिक के साथ केवल धर्म , जाति , मूलवंश , लिंग , जन्मस्थान या इनमें से किसी के आधार पर विभेद न करे .
